String Quartet No. 2, Intimations and Incarnations, Comes to the Bronx

FreeThe wonderful young Elmyr Quartet give their first performance of this work from the year 2000 – in a revised version for 2014! I originally composed this quartet for a performance at the Church of the Ascension in Greenwich Village, so it’s very appropriate that this performance lands at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in the Bronx. In February, the group will play it at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Brooklyn, as part of Concerts on the Slope.
