Marimbist Steve Solook will play my extended solo work Reflexions twice this month, at Ithaca College and at The College of New Jersey.  He’s called his program Tombeau de James Preiss – it’s a tribute to the legendary percussionist and Steve’s teacher.  The late James Preiss commissioned my work specifically for Steve to play.
